Frequently asked questions
How does the take-rate work?
The take-rate is a percentage of net sales (after returns and discounts) processed through NicheKit Collective. It's calculated monthly and invoiced alongside your retainer.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What marketplaces do you syndicate to?
We currently support Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. Growth partners get 2 marketplace connections included; Premier partners get unlimited.
Do shoppers pay extra for bundles?
No. Shoppers pay normal product prices. Bundle pricing is set by you—our platform simply makes it easy to present compatible products together.
What does 'managed bundles' mean on the Premier tier?
Our merchandising team works with you to create and optimize bundles based on sales data, compatibility rules, and seasonal trends—so you don't have to manage them yourself.
